Our Employee of the Month for May is Gavin White! Gavin is our Sous Chef here at Oake Manor.
Gavin is a fantastic asset in the Kitchen. He runs the Kitchen amazingly when Andy, our Head Chef is on holiday. Taking care of orders and any issues that arise.
Gavin is very much a team player and extremely reliable. He always steps in to help when required. This often results in Gavin giving up his evenings off and working long days. Gavin is very well liked by the other chefs and front of house staff.
Gav is very creative, you can ask him about special requests or dietary requirements and he will generally come up with a great solution.
