Our Employee of the Month for April is James Ostle 🙂 James is our Apprentice Chef here at Oake.
James is a very enthusiastic member of the team. He has a strong desire to learn which is a fantastic asset for our Kitchen. James is currently undertaking a NVQ, completing a qualification while working is not an easy task but one James is taking in his stride.
James is very flexible with his working hours, happy to do whatever is needed. On occasions the chefs are required to alter their shifts due to changes in circumstances. James is always happy to change his shifts to help.
We appreciate his hard work and constant effort.
