Oake Manor Golf Club is conveniently located just a few minutes from the M5 (J26), so why spend time in traffic getting to a noisy Taunton conference centre when a pleasant country drive can bring you to a top wedding venue in Somerset, with masses of free parking and easy access, set in beautiful parkland.
We have a variety of rooms that can be arranged to however you like to best suit your needs.
We can layout the room as follows;

Kingfisher Suite
Our Kingfisher Suite is our main purpose built conference room. It has a built in projector, screen and hearing loop. It is 11.5m x 9m and has a capacity of:
- Theatre Style x 100
- U Shape x 35
- Classroom/Cabaret x 48
Smaller Area 3
Our Smaller room is 8.5m x 4.5m, it also has a built in screen and projector. It is a great conference room for smaller meetings or works great as a breakout room for larger meetings. It has a capacity of:
- Boardroom x 24
- U Shape x 24
- Classroom/Cabaret x 30
Larger Options
We are always happy to accommodate for larger meetings. Our smaller room can be added to the Kingfisher Suite to accommodate 130 people Theatre Style and 80 people cabaret style.
We also have our Conservatory that can be utilised when required. If you have specific conference needs please just get in touch.

Our full day conference package includes:

- Breakout room available from £350 inc VAT
Minimum charge for small room £350 and larger room £575
Agency bookings will vary in price per delegate, minimum charge, and extras. Please ask for price when enquiring.
