Joanna Cload is our Employee of the Month for March 2016. Jo is a Team Leader here at Oake Manor.
Jo only works with us on Sunday’s but she is a very key team member. Jo welcomes all customers and takes payment after the meals. Jo is extremely reliable and very capable, she is often the person customers turn to when they are unhappy with something. Jo is always professional and deals with any issues with great care and compassion.
Both Mothering Sunday and Easter Sunday fell in March this year. These are extremely busy Sundays, taking payments and greeting all the customers is no easy task but one Jo manages with ease. Even on these busy Sundays Jo maintains a great rapport with customers and team members alike.
