“Our Hearing Shows are a great opportunity to gain an insight to hearing and hearing aid technology for anyone that already wears hearing aids, thinks they may have started to develop a hearing loss or for those living with/caring for someone that may have hearing difficulties in a purely informational, sales free environment”, Managing Director, Sam Rossiter, says. “The sooner someone engages with the process of helping their hearing, the easier it is for them, so we encourage anyone that is struggling to join us and see for yourself how easy it is to make your life sound better”. Sam continues “Untreated hearing loss is a really big issue in our society and we are trying to raise awareness and get those that need help, to get it sooner rather than later.”
Statistics show that hearing loss affects a staggering 1 in 3 of us over the age of 65 and 1 in 2 over the age of 75 and has been identified as one of the biggest contributing factors to cognitive decline and dementia if untreated. Thankfully the majority of hearing losses are easily treatable.
Hearing system technology has improved dramatically with the ability to remove background noise in difficult situations and even automatically link to televisions, smart phones and other devices if needed. It is a day not to be missed so make use of a free event by a local firm.
Imperial Hearing are requesting that if you would like to join them on the day for this free event, to contact them on 01823 336306 or email taunton@imperialhearing.com to register your interest. If you are unable to make that date but would still like information, still contact stating this and they will happily send information or arrange a free consultation.
