Singer Paul of Manfred Mann & The Blues Band with his wife, Actress/Singer Fiona of the TV series “Widows”, leading roles at the Royal National Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company and West End productions including the award-winning musical “City of Angels“, will sing and talk about their life in show business and their remarkable journey to faith.
The Rotary Club of Taunton is hosting a Charity Dinner in aid of The League of Friends Musgrove Park Hospital.
The League of Friends Musgrove Park Hospital is one of the oldest local charities. Formed in 1959 by The Rotary Club of Taunton, they promote voluntary service in the hospital and raise funds to buy extra equipment over and above what the NHS could afford to provide for our very well regarded Foundation Trust Hospital.
The evening starts with a delicious 2 course meal,
Locally sourced Beef Short Rib, with a red wine gravy, crispy roast potatoes and fresh vegetables
Or
Butternut, Kale and Apricot Roast with Crispy Roast Potatoes and fresh vegetables
Then choose between
West Country Cheese and Biscuits
Or
Raspberry and White Chocolate Meringue Roulade
Or
Chocolate and Vanilla Torte
Or
Traditional Apple Crumble and Custard
Finished with tea or coffee with a mint chocolate.
We cater for dietary requirements, please state them when booking.
You will then be able to sit back and enjoy hearing the magical and wonderful stories from Paul and Fiona.
The cost of the evening, including a two-course meal, is £30.00.
The dress code is smart casual.
