This year Chelsea Payne is our winner!
Chelsea has been so brilliant this year, the amount she has progressed in her job role as a chef is fantastic. She worked on a gourmet menu for our Comedy Dining evening which went down amazingly.
She has even started doing some front of house shifts and is very hard working and always has a smile on her face.
Congratulations Chelsea very well deserved.
Chelsea has been bought by the company, an Isle of White Festival Ticket as a thank you for all the hard work.
