Our employee of the month is Rob Parker. Rob is one of our Duty Manager’s at Oake Manor Golf Club.

Rob is a fantastic member of management, he is showing improvement all the time. The last two months in particular Rob has stepped up and shown what a capable manager he is. Rob is still gaining knowledge but he is keen to learn and actively wants to do more which is key in any employee.
Rob is a popular member of the team, he is always happy to help any team members and customers. His customer service is brilliant.
Rob works very hard and is a very active manager. He is innovative and has lots of new ideas.
