Our Employees of the month for December are our two wonderful Team Leaders, Tracey and Charlie!
They have both worked at Oake Manor for a long time now and are definitely crucial parts of our Team. December was a challenging month for all our team and Charlie and Tracey really stepped up when we needed them.
Charlie worked extra hours to help us and is a very valued Team Leader. Tracey had big shoes to fill in taking over the desk on Sunday’s, this involves greeting all the customers and taking all the payments. Over Christmas the desk is not an easy task but one Tracey was happy to undertake!
We rely on people like Charlie and Tracey who are constantly guiding staff and ensuring standards are met!
