Gavin White
Gavin is our Sous Chef here at Oake Manor.
Gavin is a brilliant Sous Chef running the Kitchen with ease when Andy, our Head Chef is on Holiday. This involves doing all the orders and dealing with any problems that arise.
This month, Andy was on holiday for a week and Gavin stepped up as usual and even took on extra hours without hesitation.
Gavin is dedicated and extremely reliable, qualities we very much appreciate. Gavin very popular and also extremely patient when teaching other chefs.
Gavin is a real asset in the Kitchen and we appreciate all his hard work.
